Tom Pritchett has had extensive experience in physical and urban design, encompassing a wide variety of activities in both private consultant capabilities and public agency consulting. Mr. Pritchett acquired more than seventeen years of experience in his field prior to opening T. H. Pritchett and Associates in 1987. Mr. Pritchett's strong design, technical and management capabilities have qualified him to be an award winning residential designer. Tom’s experience includes work in Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, North Dallas, Grapevine, Colleyville, Westlake, Keller, Rockwall and many other surrounding communities. Tom works directly for the home owners and also custom home builders to provide the services that include of course landscape design, paving design, driveway layout , fence and wall design, fountain and pool/spa design, drainage and irrigation design and special features loggias, trellis and arbors and entry gates. Mr. Pritchett is well prepared to deal with the many economic and design issues that require analytical and subjective judgment in the estate residential landscape architectural services.
